Terms & Conditions

NationalLimousines.co.uk is a booking agency for and on behalf of a network of limousine owners across the UK. Our fee is charged as a 10% booking fee agreed at the time of confirmation.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER

Any figures shown on the nationalLimousines.co.uk website are in pound sterling £.

  1. Agreed Price:
    The Agreed price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between NationalLimousines.co.uk and you the Customer. The times, route and other details of the journey are stipulated on the booking confirmation available online. Any requests to modify any of these details should be made to us at least 10 days in advance of the date of travel and we will Endeavour to accommodate minor changes to the customer's) requirement subject to our ability to do so. Agreed journey changes, including additional pick up or drop off points, may result in additional costs to the customer. Any additional cost will be notified to you at the time the requested changes are accepted by NationalLimousines.co.uk.
  2. Payment:
    • All bookings are confirmed by the payment in advance of a non- refundable deposit.
    • The balance including 10% booking fee will be due together with the final amount outstanding net of any deposit paid. The balance is due for payment 10 days prior to the day of Limousine hire. We accept cheque's, debit cards, credit cards, BACS or foreign currency as final payment. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge on the transaction amount.
  3. Cancellation of booking:
    Canceling a reservation - Should you wish to cancel your booking at any time after confirmation the deposit paid is non-refundable. Where limousine bookings are cancelled less than 14 (fourteen) days notice the full agreed price including 10% booking fee becomes due and owing. In the event of cancellation between 90 (ninety) days and 14 (fourteen) days of the date of travel 50% (fifty per cent) of the total agreed price is due and owing. To cancel a reservation call 00000 or email cancel@nationallimousines.co.uk Cancellation By Us - We reserve the right to cancel the limousine hire contract between us if
    • the client doesn't accept our terms and conditions and/or refuse to make a deposit payment
    • we do not operate in your area, or
    • one or more of the limos you have booked no longer will be able to cover your reservation. If we do cancel your limo hire contract we will notify you by e-mail or phone and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your reservation. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  4. Grace Period:
    NationalLimousines.co.uk will endeavour to arrive at all pick up points in advance of the times agreed. There may, however, be causes that may from time to time occasionally prevent us from meeting these aims such as inclement weather, road traffic accidents, road resurfacing and such like events outside our control. Reasonably therefore we have built into our schedule of period of grace. In any event a grace period is invoked in whole or in part, the time of adjusted times will be where possible made up during or after the period of hire, schedules permitting.
  5. Damages:
    Damages, subsequent cost's) of repair's) of such damage's) to the limousine's) hired as used by you the customer and/or your guests is your responsibility. Additionally, in the event that one of the party is sick or soils the limousine on hire the driver or NationalLimousines.co.uk will charge a minimum of £120.00 to allow the vehicle to be cleaned ready for the next hire. Where the booking was secured using a credit/charge card you the customer here agree that we may deduct from that card damages as they have arisen. In the event that a credit/charge card was not used for securing the booking we will invoice you directly should the additional payment's) not be made on the night.
  6. Hire type:
    We offer a range of hire options, including a pick up and return service, a one way service and a continual hire service. Unless you have opted for a continual hire agreement, other customers may have hired the vehicle before or after the outward or homeward bound legs of your journey. The inside of the car will be cleaned and replenished as necessary between these hires
  7. Vehicle supplied:
    We will Endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. When possible you will be informed of this.
  8. Airport Drop Offs/Pick ups:
    We will make reasonable attempts to monitor in coming flight times; however we are unable to access reliable information until shortly before departure or scheduled arrival times. If your flight is delayed, either outbound or inbound you should make contact immediately with NationalLimousines.co.uk to notify us, so that we can adjust our schedules and re-arrange drivers. We will Endeavour to accommodate delayed flights times, but cannot be held liable should circumstances prevent us from being able to respond to changes. Full flight details are required at the time of booking confirmation. In the event we are not reasonably notified of delays, we reserve the right to make additional charges for subsequent collection.
  9. Lost Property:
    We are unable to take responsibility for loss of property left in the vehicle at any time or under any circumstances.
  10. Breakdown:
    In the unlikely event of a break down or the car being rendered unserviceable (for example, in the event of collision) we will use our best endeavours to provide a back up vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of vehicle breakdown or similar unavailability

Please note that all bookings must be made either or over the phone. All reservations will be processed within 24 hours , and an email send to the customer no later than 1 working day after receipt, confirming the reservation.

Delays
Although NationalLimousines.co.uk will Endeavour to meet all deadlines, we accept no responsibility for delay however caused.

Airport Journeys

  1. The amount of passengers and suitcases will be determined at the time of booking and will appear in the 'booking details' section overleaf and must not be exceeded due to weight and space restrictions.
  2. Charges for airport collections include the first 30 minutes wait after the flight has landed and any additional time will be charged at the overtime rate stated in C. above.
  3. Excessive delays may forfeit your return journey as other bookings may have been taken for that Limousine on that day. You must call our office at the first instance from your departure airport to confirm details. Rerouted flights may not be able to be met by us and additional charges may be charged the client. Check with your travel insurance company to see if you are covered for these costs.

Access
NationalLimousines.co.uk accept no responsibility for restricted vehicle access (hump back bridges, width restrictions etc) at any location and not liable for delays caused by rerouted journeys.

Articles Left in Limousine
Although we will take care, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the Limousine during or after the rental period.

Consideration
For the comfort and consideration of other clients, passengers are not permitted to smoke in any of the limousines. Journeys of more than 1 ½ hours will stop on request for a 10 minute break if pre arranged with our driver.

Seatbelts
Passengers in forward facing seats are required by law to wear seatbelts and for your safety we advise the wearing of seatbelts by all passengers. Baby Seats should be used in forward facing seats only.

Breakdown
Our vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels however in the unfortunate event of breakdown NationalLimousines.co.uk cannot be held responsible.

Our limousines and hummers are out sourced from various limousine hire companies across the UK.
